Ajinomoto Foundation for Dietary Culture Japan (established in 1989)
Established in 1989 as an activity to commemorate our 50th anniversary, aims to support research of dietary culture and extensively circulate the results through society.
Main activities
- Operating the Dietary Culture library (facility open to the public)
- Holding the Dietary Culture Forum, the Dietary Culture Symposium, lectures, etc.
- Promoting dietary culture research

AJINOMOTO FOUNDATION, Thailand (established in 1976)
Established in 1976, based on support from Ajinomoto Co., Thailand Ltd. This organization has the longest history in the Ajinomoto Group.

Established in 1999 based on the support from Ajinomoto Interamericana Ind. e Com. Ltda. Activities rooted in local educations and social assistances are developed.

The newest foundation which was established in 2003 supports activities in fields such as nutrition education, research and support of health care, etc.
