Ajinomoto International cooperation Network for Nutrition and Health (AIN)

Our philosophy is to contribute to advancing and solving problems in the local community related to "Food, Nutrition and Health" to help create a better quality of life of the people on a global scale.

Objective

Our objective is to define and improve issues related to "Food, Nutrition and Health" with the aim of contributing to the advancement of developing countries.

Main activities

Human resource development and interaction
Train professionals and leaders specializing in food, nutrition and health, etc.
Development and provision of Educational materials
Create and provide educational materials related to the areas of food, nutrition, health, etc.
Research and Development
Support technological research and development projects for food, nutrition, health, etc.

These activities are conducted in cooperation with NPOs/NGOs, international organizations, government agencies, education and research institutes, local communities, etc.

What is AIN?

Among the corporate citizenship activities of Ajinomoto Group, as a promotion organization of "international cooperation in the fields of food, nutrition and health", AIN was established in 1999 by experts and NGO staff, etc. playing active roles domestically and internationally (representative: Miyuki Adachi, R.D., Ph.D., Dean and professor, Graduate School, Kagawa Nutrition University).
