TOKYO, March 6, 2015 - Ajinomoto Co., Inc. (“Ajinomoto Co.”) announced today that a proposal to appoint a new President & CEO was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today. This appointment will be effective upon approval at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Ajinomoto Co. in late June 2015.
