TOFU
The contents of Tofu are soybeans. Smooth silken Tofu and a firm Tofu are the most popular.
ABURAAGE (Deep-fried Tofu)
It is cut tofu thinly and fried in oil.
WAKAME (Seaweed)
Dry preserved or salt preserved. Used after soaking in water.
