MISOSHIRU with Vegetables
This is the sufficient nutrition balanced dish with lots of vegetables and eggs. Served with GOHAN, it makes a good breakfast for the whole family.

[Ingredients/4 Serving] [Amounts]
dotCarrot 1/2
dotPotato 2
dotCabbage 3 leaves
dotBroccoli 1/2 block
dotCauliflower 1/4 block
dotEgg 4
dotMiso 5 tbsp. (90g)
dotWater 5 cups (1000ml)
dot DASHI / HON-DASHI
BONITOFISH SOUP STOCK
3 tsp. (9g)

[ How to cook ]
(1)  Slice the carrot and cut the potato into bite-size pieces.

(2)  Cut the cabbage into thick julienne slices. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small blocks.

(3)  In a soup pot, heat the water, put carrots and potatoes. Add 1-1/2 tsp. HON-DASHI and boil softly.

(4)  Add cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and boil for 2-3 minutes.

(5)  Add Miso with a ladle or a large spoon and the rest amounts of HON-DASHI, stir to help it dissolve.

(6)  Crack an egg directly into the pot and simmer till it comes to designed firmness.

(7)  Serve in individual soup bowls and eat it while hot.
