SHIRUMONO is very important for the Japanese-style menu.
There are many kinds of soup and traditionally, MISO soup is for breakfast and clear soup is for dinner, but there is no rule for Japanese family now.

Clear soup depends solely on DASHI broth with a soft soy sauce.
