GOHAN is the staple food and cooked dishes are called OKAZU.
SHUSAI is the main dish using meat or fish as a main menu.
FUKUSAI is the side dish to add the taste and nutrition for the main dish.
You can choose two dishes from the different recipes.
SHUSAI
Fish - Raw fish, Grilled fish, Cooked fish and Fried fish.
Meat - Grilled meat, Cooked meat and Fried meat.
These are for taking the protein.
FUKUSAI
Vegetables - Simmered dishes, Marinated dishes and Boiled vegetable with dressing.
Fish and meat are used as a side dish. Legumes, Tofu and Seaweed are used as well.
