MISOSHIRU with Tofu and Leek
This is a typical traditional MISOSHIRU.
Enjoy the simple taste of Tofu and the flavor Leek.

Japanese leek |

Miso |
2 1/3 tbsp. (42g) |
Water |
2 cups (400ml) |

DASHI / HON-DASHI BONITOFISH SOUP STOCK |
1 1/3 tsp. (4g) |

In a soup pot, heat the water and add HON-DASHI (DASHI broth).

Add Miso with a ladle or a large spoon, stir to help it dissolve.

Add Tofu diced into 1cm. cubes and boil lightly. When heated through, add the leek (cut into thin slices).

Serve in individual soup bowls and eat it while hot.
