Steamed Pumpkin with Sesame Seeds and Umami
This is the easiest and fastest pumpkin recipe. Also perfect for a hearty no-sugar snack, side dish for dinner. Leftovers can be used up to a lunch box!

- 3 ounces pumpkin
- 1 tsp sesame
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
Cut pumpkins into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes and microwave for 2 minutes.
Mix pumpkins and all the other ingredients together.
