TOKYO, July 28, 2016 – To further enhance communication with all its stakeholders, including its shareholders and investors, today Ajinomoto Co., Inc. (“Ajinomoto Co.”) published Ajinomoto Group Integrated Report 2016, its first integrated report, and made it available on the Ajinomoto Co. website.

Over the past several years, there has been increasing interest in non-financial as well as financial information, and growing public demand for integrated information on all business activities.

Until now, Ajinomoto Co. has provided financial and non-financial information in its Financial Report and Sustainability Report. The newly published Ajinomoto Group Integrated Report 2016 integrates the financial and non-financial information provided separately in those reports and uses a narrative format to provide an easy-to-understand introduction of our initiatives for ASV (The Ajinomoto Group Creating Shared Value), which is the creation of economic value though the creation of social value to achieve the Ajinomoto Group’s goal of becoming a “Genuine Global Specialty Company.”
