7. Security Measures

We have established the Group Shared Policy on Privacy as the basic policy for ensuring the appropriate handling of Personal Information and have stipulated compliance with relevant laws and regulations. In addition, we have established “Information Security Regulations” and “Guidelines for Handling Personal Information” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Regulations”) and are implementing the following measures.

    1. Organizational security control measures
      • Establishment of Personal Information Managers in each of our departments to clarify the system and responsibilities for Personal Information management
      • Establishment of a system for communicating information to personnel in charge and related departments in the event of an accident such as a leak of information
      • Listing and visualizing the status of Personal Information management in each of our departments
