Team Flags is an internal project launched in 2023 across domestic companies part of the Ajinomoto Group, with the aim to create a culture that supports employees who proactively step forward and take on challenges.
Through interviews and video storytelling, the project highlights real experiences of challenge and growth—shared both internally and externally.
Behind every challenge lie failure and trial and error. To turn these experiences into learning for future challenges, Team Flags hosted the Failure Exhibition in April 2025.
From 125 internally shared stories, around 35 were exhibited, attracting over 200 employees and drawing external attention from more than 10 media outlets.
Behind every challenge lie failure and trial and error. To turn these experiences into learning for future challenges, Team Flags has been hosting the Failure Exhibition across Ajinomoto Group companies and workplaces. As of March 2026, the exhibition has been held at five different workplaces.
