CDP A List for 2025

Each year, CDP collects, analyzes and evaluates information on the environmental activities of major companies around the world and selects the most outstanding companies in terms of climate change-related initiatives and information disclosure for its Climate Change A List. Ajinomoto Co., Inc. was selected for the A List for six consecutive years.

2025 EcoVadis (Gold Rating)

EcoVadis evaluates companies in 180 industries across 220 countries, based on "environment," "labor and human rights," "ethics" and "sustainable procurement". Ajinomoto Co., Inc. received a Gold rating* in recognition of its achievements in sustainability efforts.

“Grand Prix” at the Nikkei Integrated Report Awards

Ajinomoto Group’s ASV Report 2025 has received the “Grand Prix” at the Nikkei Integrated Report Awards.
These awards recognize excellence in the disclosure of corporate value information that is of strong interest to investors, including ESG-related information. This year, 504 companies and organizations participated, with three recipients selected for the “Grand Prix” and nine for the “Semi-Grand Prix.”

2026 Nadeshiko Brand

The Nadeshiko Brand is an initiative aiming to introduce certain Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed companies that are outstanding in terms of encouraging the empowerment of women in workplace as attractive stocks for investors who emphasize improving corporate value in the mid and long term, thereby further accelerating companies’ efforts. Ajinomoto Co., Inc. was selected for the Nadeshiko Brand.

PRIDE Index 2025 (Gold)

Ajinomoto Co., Inc. received “Gold” recognition, the highest ranking in the PRIDE Index which evaluates initiatives in the workplace related to LGBTQ and other sexual minorities.

2026 Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition ("White 500" of Large Enterprise Category)

The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program honors organizations with exceptional Health and Productivity Management* practices based on their contributions to addressing community health-related challenges and implementing the health awareness efforts of Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Ajinomoto Co., Inc. was chosen for the White 500 of the large enterprise category.

Digital Transformation Stock 2025

The “DX Stocks” are selected from TSE-listed companies for their performance in each industrial category that have “established internal systems for promoting digital transformation (DX) (an approach that contributes to improving corporate value) and have achieved outstanding digital utilization.”

Sustainability Transformation Brand 2025

SX is an initiative in which a company strives to improve long-term and sustainable corporate value by synchronizing the sustainability of society with that of itself while carrying out the necessary management and business reforms to achieve such synchronization. The “SX Brands” are a group of progressive companies that are selected and awarded for enhancing their ability to create a source of funds for growth in a sustainable manner through SX to realize the improvement of corporate value.
