Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Umami
This dish is called Tiras de Carne Com Legumes in Brazil. It’s easy to cook, but yummy as well! You can even use chicken, pork or tofu for your favorite protein choice.
- 1 pounds (450g) of meat cut into strips
- 4 tbsps soy sauce (shoyu)
- 4 tbsps cornstarch
- 4 tbsps olive oil
- 2 carrots cut into 2 strips
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 pieces chopped onions
- Pinch of salt and AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
Mix meat, soy sauce and the corn starch together.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add (1) and fry for 5 minutes.
Add onions, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, salt and AJI-NO-MOTO®, and fry for another 3 minutes until vegetables get ready to eat.
