Ingredients

  • 6 pork slices
  • Flour
  • 1/3 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cabbage leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Cut cabbage into thin slices. Mix AJI-NO-MOTO®, sake, soy sauce, ginger and sugar well.

  2. Heat a pan with oil in it and fry pork with the combined seasoning of 1.

  3. Serve with cabbage.
