Umami Vegetable Stir-Fry with Tuna

Try this easiest vegetable stir fry recipe which needs only salt and AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG) for seasoning.

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 1/4 red paprika
  • 1/4 yellow paprika
  • 1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 1/5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cut cabbage into large strips, and cut paprika into long pieces. Drain oil from tuna.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, and fry cabbage, paprika and tuna together. Add AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

  3. Stir fry and serve!
