Steamed Potato with Butter and Umami

- 2 potato
- 1/2 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
Wash the potatoes well, lightly drain them and wrap them in a wrap over skin. In the microwave oven, heat for about 5 minutes until a bamboo skewer passes quickly into potatoes.
