Umami Pork Chop with Ketchup
Recipe provided by Ajinomoto Co., Inc.
- 4 ounces pork chops
- Pinch of AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tbsps ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Cut the pork and king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized piece and sprinkle AJI-NO-MOTO®.
Put the pork and mushrooms in a heat-resistant container, and mix with ketchup and soy sauce.
Lightly cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
