This is the easiest and fastest pumpkin recipe. Also perfect for a hearty no-sugar snack, side dish for dinner. Leftovers can be used up to a lunch box!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces pumpkin
  • 1 tsp sesame
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)

Directions

  1. Cut pumpkins into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes and microwave for 2 minutes.

  2. Mix pumpkins and all the other ingredients together.
