Stir-Fried Tofu with Umami Pork
This dish is the perfect combination of quick, delicious, healthy and easy, which pretty much guarantees it to be your go-to weekdays recipes!

Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 5 ounces ground pok or beef
- 1/2 scallion
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
- 1 1/2 tbsps soy sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 pack of bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Wrap tofu with a paper towel and heat in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes to drain water. Cut the scallion into 1-inch length.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add ginger and meat, and stir-fry with AJI-NO-MOTO®.
When the meat is cooked, add tofu while tearing it off. Add the scallion, AJI-NO-MOTO®, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir fry for a little.
Serve with steamed rice and put bonito flakes on the top.
