Stir-Fried Tofu with Umami Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu
  • 5 ounces ground pok or beef
  • 1/2 scallion
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 1 1/2 tbsps soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 pack of bonito flakes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Wrap tofu with a paper towel and heat in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes to drain water. Cut the scallion into 1-inch length.

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add ginger and meat, and stir-fry with AJI-NO-MOTO®.

  3. When the meat is cooked, add tofu while tearing it off. Add the scallion, AJI-NO-MOTO®, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir fry for a little.

  4. Serve with steamed rice and put bonito flakes on the top.
