Vegetarian Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pack spring roll sheet
  • Half cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsps AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 3 tbsps sweet chili sauce
  • 4 tbsps soy sauce
  • Little fresh coriander
  • 1 ounce (30g) corn flour
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

  1. Finely grate Cabbage, Carrot, Onion and Potato.

  2. Fry Onion, Gralic, Potato, Carrot and Cabbage with Oil.

  3. Season with Soy Sauce and AJI-NO-MOTO®.

  4. Add in Sweet Chili Sauce and Fresh Coriander.

  5. Add a spoon of the filling onto the top of Spring Roll Sheet and wrap it up.

  6. Fry Spring Onion Pieces till golden brown.
