Lamb Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 pound (500g) lamb
- 3 1/2 ounces (100g) onions
- 3 1/2 ounces (100g) red capsicum
- 3 1/2 ounces (100g) yellow capsicum
- 3 1/2 ounces (100g) green capsicum
- 1/2 soy sauce
- 2 tsps salt
- 3 tbsps worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
- 2 tsps black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 3/4 tbsp oil
- Some tortilla
Directions
Cut lamb to bite size pieces.
Marinate lamb with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt & paprika.
Season with black pepper & AJI-NO-MOTO® and set aside for 1 hour.
Fry onion and lamb pieces.
Season with black pepper.
Add red capsicum, yellow capsicum and green capsicum.
Add AJI-NO-MOTO® and Worcestershire sauce and stir fry for 10 minutes.
Serve with tortilla.
