Lamb Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500g) lamb
  • 3 1/2 ounces (100g) onions
  • 3 1/2 ounces (100g) red capsicum
  • 3 1/2 ounces (100g) yellow capsicum
  • 3 1/2 ounces (100g) green capsicum
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 3 tbsps worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 2 tsps black pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 3/4 tbsp oil
  • Some tortilla

Directions

  1. Cut lamb to bite size pieces.

  2. Marinate lamb with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt & paprika.

  3. Season with black pepper & AJI-NO-MOTO® and set aside for 1 hour.

  4. Fry onion and lamb pieces.

  5. Season with black pepper.

  6. Add red capsicum, yellow capsicum and green capsicum.

  7. Add AJI-NO-MOTO® and Worcestershire sauce and stir fry for 10 minutes.

  8. Serve with tortilla.
