  • 4 ounces pork chops
  • Pinch of AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 2 king oyster mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tbsps ketchup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce


  1. Cut the pork and king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized piece and sprinkle AJI-NO-MOTO®.

  2. Put the pork and mushrooms in a heat-resistant container, and mix with ketchup and soy sauce.

  3. Lightly cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
