Lamb Stew with Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 pound lamb
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsps cumin
  • 2 tbsps sea salt
  • 1 tbsp harissa
  • 2 US cups tomato puree
  • 2 tbsps tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Ac’cent or umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 1 1/2 cup chickpea
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 10 brussels sprout
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 1/2 tbsps lemon juice
  • Parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook onion, garlic with olive oil.

  2. Add in lamb meat, black pepper, cumin, sea salt, harissa, tomato puree, water & tomato paste.

  3. Add in chickpea, sweet potato, brussels sprout & lemon juice.

  4. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, and cook for 40minutes.

  5. Garnish with parsley.
