Lamb Stew with Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 1 pound lamb
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsps cumin
- 2 tbsps sea salt
- 1 tbsp harissa
- 2 US cups tomato puree
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Ac’cent or umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 1 1/2 cup chickpea
- 1 sweet potato
- 10 brussels sprout
- 2 cups water
- 3 1/2 tbsps lemon juice
- Parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook onion, garlic with olive oil.
Add in lamb meat, black pepper, cumin, sea salt, harissa, tomato puree, water & tomato paste.
Add in chickpea, sweet potato, brussels sprout & lemon juice.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, and cook for 40minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
