Umami-rich Yong Chow Fried Rice
This easy and yummy chicken and shrimp fried rice is the perfect dish for lunch or dinner.
- 10 ounces (300g) cooked rice
- 4 egg yolk
- 2 ounces (60g) green pea
- 3 ounces (100g) chicken
- 2 1/2 ounces shrimp
- 3 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
- Coriander for garnish
- Spring onion for garnish
Add egg yolk to cooked rice, mix them and set aside.
Marinate chicken with AJI-NO-MOTO® and soy sauce.
Fry spring onion, chicken, shrimp with vegetable oil.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® .
Add in green pea.
Pour in cooked rice and spread evenly.
Garnish with green peas and coriander.
